Indya Foods is India’s leading catering and food services provider, delivering exceptional dining experiences. We have served over 5 million meals across approx. 120 sites, making us the go-to providers for corporates, manufacturers, hospitals, educational institutes, and events nationwide.

We offer customized meals for patients, value options for manufacturing units, and exciting menu varieties for educational institutes. In addition, we also cater to corporate events, leadership gatherings, and private parties.

We are not just in the meal delivery business—our mission is to create memories through food. We take pride in preparing regionally authentic food that considers culture and dietary practices. Our quality commitment is evident in the 300K daily precision-based meals prepared by over 1500 chefs in 63 kitchens, whose hygiene, freshness, and compliance protocol adherence are unmatched. By using local ingredients and Indian spices in every meal, we bring a homely flavour to every plate.

As a digital-forward company, we leverage technology through dedicated apps for food delivery, feedback collection, hostel management, and comprehensive ERP systems. Our custom dashboards ensure complete transparency across all operations.

Ishaan Sarkar

Chief Business Officer, Food Services

Known for his exceptional leadership in the food services industry, Ishaan Sarkar has demonstrated an unmatched ability to drive growth and innovation. In his role as Chief Business Officer at Indya Foods, he has played an integral part in expanding the company’s market presence, while also launching new revenue streams. Under his leadership, Quess Food Services has successfully navigated large-scale food operations, implemented retail and packaged food offerings, and embraced digital transformation to enhance service quality.

Having over 20 years of experience in hospitality, Ishaan’s career began at the Taj Group of Hotels, where he honed his skills in F&B operations and customer service. Over the years, he has played key leadership roles in managing large-scale food services for prominent multinational companies like Sodexo, PVR, Reliance Industries, RMZ Corp, and VR Malls. His strategic approach has resulted in higher client retention, improved operational performance, and revenue growth across several business verticals.

A proud recipient of Quess Corp ‘Rising Star Award,’ has demonstrated exceptional leadership in renovating pivotal F&B projects and executing successful pan-India food festivals. His impact
extends to implementing transformative training programs that have empowered teams across the nation. Dinesh Villan

General Manager, Corporate Chef

At the helm of Quess Corp Ltd’s culinary operations, Dinesh Villan serves as the Corporate Executive Chef, responsible for leading the preparation of 2 lakh meals daily across multiple locations. Drawing on over 24 years of expertise, Dinesh has successfully improved the diversity of the menu, streamlined kitchen operations, and reduced food costs while ensuring each meal meets the highest standards of quality and nutrition.

His innovative approach combines modern culinary techniques with data-driven strategies to drive operational excellence. Prior to his role at Quess Corp, Dinesh played pivotal roles at organizations like Billion Smiles Hospitality and Norwegian Cruise Lines, where he fine-tuned his skills in managing high-volume kitchens, R&D-driven menu development, and training culinary teams. Holding an MBA in Operations Management, a Diploma in Hospitality Management, and certifications in ISO 22000 and HACCP, Dinesh is a true leader in the culinary field.

Vinod Natarajan

VP, Operations

A professional with 25+ years in the Food & Beverage sector, Vinod Natarajan is a proven leader in operations, known for driving growth, managing large-scale operations, and executing strategic initiatives. His extensive experience spans corporate, healthcare, and educational environments, where he has ensured seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

Leveraging years of experience in leadership, Vinod has successfully worked with leading organizations like Jones Lang LaSalle, Manipal Integrated Services, Columbia Asia Hospitals, and
Taj Hotels. He has played an essential role in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and cost management. As a certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor in Food Safety Management, he brings a methodical approach to process management, while keeping the customer at the core of his strategy.

With an academic background in Catering Science & Hotel Management from Bharathiyar University and further executive management training at IIM Kolkata and IIM Ahmedabad, he is instrumental in driving the growth and operational efficiency at Indya Foods, while leading teams to deliver superior food service experiences.

Sonia is a seasoned business growth consultant with over 25 years of experience in crafting transformative solutions for clients. She has previously held leadership roles in Business Development and Growth Strategy at Sodexo, Sify, Ricoh, and Xerox. Throughout her career, she has led and executed comprehensive account plans that have contributed to clients business and organizational goals. In her current role, she collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to designexceptional, industry-leading experiences for clients in the field of food services.
